Reaching a Human Being on the Weekends

Recently the question was asked, "how do I reach a human being on the weekend?"
A situation that wasn't an emergency, but an instance where the family just wanted to have someone check with their student arose. The family member just wanted the assurance that their student was doing okay. By calling the University Police at (814) 732-2921, parents and family members are able to speak with a member of the University police who, in turn, will contact the residence life and housing staff or will perform a "welfare" check of their own. The police department is staffed 24/7/365 by University officers.

Welcome!

In part, I feel like a stranger in a new world. I barely read blogs, let alone did I ever think that I would create one. This site has been developed to promote exchange of ideas, questions, and information about Edinboro University of Pennsylvania among the members of its Parents and Families Organization. It is imperative for you to share your ideas and questions to keep the blog interesting! Thanks!
